Fabiolous Cooking Day in Rome
A Fabiolous chef will take you on a culinary journey through the real Italy where you’ll shop in Campo de’Fiori market, choosing fresh ingredients to use in your cooking class. You’ll then prepare your meal in an exclusive location in the heart of the Eternal City – their movie set, magazine-cover apartment on the Tiber Island, or their breathtaking three-story space nestled inside a 16th century palace between Piazza Navona and Castel Sant’Angelo.
You’ll make homemade pasta such as ravioli or fettuccine and prepare other dishes under the guidance of your personal chef and produce a full meal. At the end of the course, enjoy the dishes you’ve created accompanied by the perfect wine your chef has selected to complement your lunch.
In this way, you become a true traveler immersed in authentic Roman culture.

Here you can experience real Italian life, shopping with a Fabiolous chef at a typical market, handpicking fresh ingredients, and cooking recipes that highlight the most authentic culinary traditions.
Sip wine, enjoy their mansion with a view, and indulge in your complete 4-course meal. They take care of your roundtrip transportation from Rome to this picturesque historic town. Included is pasta, main course, dessert, wine and water.

The Fabiolous Food Tour is the only Rome food tour designed by chefs! Venture off the beaten path to experience the real flavours of Rome in the vibrant neighbourhoods of Trastevere and Campo de’ Fiori.

Pizza Making Class
Here you will be guided by the Fabiolous chefs through the Italian tradition of preparing pizza dough from scratch, explain techniques and tips on making the best dough, and teach you how to properly dress your pizza. You’ll be given your own ingredients to top the pizza with whatever you like and experiment with various recipes.
At the end, you’ll eat what you’ve prepared and discover whether your skill level has developed into that of a real pizzaiolo.
Charming Retreat in the Countryside
After a day of touring, leave behind the hustle and bustle of Rome and enjoy a private dinner with Fabiolous in a beautiful and relaxing retreat. The town of Mazzano Romano, only a short distance from Rome, rises up from the valley below, an ancient city of steep winding streets and narrow passageways that meander between thick stone walls.
You will be provided with roundtrip transfer, and be pampered with a delicious and traditional dinner in a medieval apartment noted for its architectural and design renovations.

Wine Tasting near the Trevi Fountain
Amid the enchanting alleyways of Rome’s historical centre, near one of the most famous fountains in the world, you will find Il Vicolo. A dimly-lit, elegant living room designed for food and wine tastings, Il Vicolo brings you experiences for the palate, away from the bustle of the area.
You will be introduced to some of the most renowned local wines, and to some niche wine producers, allowing all your senses to help you understand all shades of every sip you take.
The soft atmosphere, the refined selection of cheese and affettati and the calming voice of the sommelier will guide through a full wine experience.
At the end of the tasting you will be asked to indicate some “key” flavours of the wines we had. Be brave and let your taste buds guide you (winners get a surprise!)
