- Prepare for your trip with regular conditioning at least two months before departure.
- This level suits the fit and extremely active person who cycles and exercises regularly during the week.
Challenging
- May involve high altitudes and challenging conditions.
- Prepare as you would for a moderate trip, but intensify your program for specific benefits.
- This level is suitable for an avid cyclist who enjoy a fast pace and cycles up to at least 160km a week.
