“Del La Stalla”, which means “The Stable” is a small scale deli filled with delicious prepared meals, free range pork products, a vast range of farm produced Preserves, Jams and Chutneys. There are a variety of imported products to spoil yourself with too! A delicious range of organic farm grown ingredients, meticulously prepared, offered to you by Chef James Diack in leafy Parktown North. Fresh Artisanal Breads, pates, cheeses, also serving the best hot dogs in town with 100% Brightside pork, of course and so much more. La Stalla, the restaurant may no longer be around, but the spirit and passion for quality and sustainable produce lives on. Tony, the previous manager now runs the deli with the same friendly and vibrant spirit, pared with his selection of beautiful Italian music offering you the experience of a “Little Italy in South Africa”
