This class will let you indulge in and become an expert in Venetian Cuisine. Explore the Rialto market with Enrica who will show you how to identify the best and freshest ingredients, from which you will create exquisite dishes. Take your bags bursting with flavour back to Enrica’s beautiful family Palazzo and enjoy learning, whilst tasting, Venetian specialities that you will be able to effortlessly recreate when you return home.

Enrica’s kitchen is the perfect place to host corporate events in a friendly and warm environment. A unique way to build relationships with team members and clients where you are encouraged to get your hands dirty in an informal and relaxed setting.
1) Cooking Class with Rialto Market Tour
Great for corporate groups of up to 10 people. You will explore Rialto Market, one of the world’s most popular food markets, and spend a day surrounded by all things Venetian. At the market, you will learn how to select the best quality ingredients at the finest fishmongers, butchers & vegetable stalls Venice has to offer. Menus are not created beforehand, but instead you will create dishes together, taking inspiration from what is fresh and seasonal at the market that day.
Once settled in with a glass of Prosecco, learn to create a feast of Italian dishes that use a few well-chosen ingredients, cooked with simplicity and brought to the table with gusto, all whilst enjoying a flow of wine and chit-chat around the kitchen island.
2) Cicchetti Making Class
This cooking class is ideal for larger corporate groups where the aim is to create the same dynamic and outgoing atmosphere we love in traditional wine bars found in Venice. This class is formed around the concept of Cicchetti which are Venetian Tapas eaten whilst enjoying a glass of wine or a spritz in a Venetian wine bar.
Upon arrival clients will be introduced to Cicchetti, and after having had a first glass of Prosecco to get the creativity and taste buds going, guests will create their own Cicchetti using a huge variety of ingredients from fresh prawns to roasted vegetables, Venetian salamis, Meatballs and much more. Clients will then cook a seasonal pasta or risotto dish, followed by the finale of a Tiramisu for dessert. This is a great sociable class where guests have the freedom to wonder around and interact with each other in a warm and inviting environment.

- A 5 or 6-hour cooking class around the kitchen island in Enrica’s Venetian home.
